Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sunday Sidekick app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Sunday Sidekick is

Sunday Sidekick is a free companion app for fantasy football fans: a live play feed, player tracking, scores, box scores, injury designations and news. It is provided for information and entertainment only.

No gambling. The Service does not offer, facilitate, or promote gambling, wagering, or paid contests of any kind, and nothing in it is betting advice. Fantasy point values shown are informational calculations under published scoring systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. Accounts

An account is optional; you can browse without one. An account lets you save a watchlist, build rosters, set a scoring preference, and react to plays.
Usernames are selected from options generated by the Service and are permanent. One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account).

4. Acceptable use

The Service has no user posting — you cannot publish content in Sunday Sidekick. You still agree to use what it does offer honestly. You must not:

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell or redistribute data from the Service;
reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service or its security features;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or abuse its interactive features (such as reactions) to harass or disrupt;
misrepresent your identity or age.

Our full Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

5. Sports data — no warranty

Scores, plays, statistics, injury designations and news are compiled from third-party data sources in near-real time. We work hard to keep them fast and accurate, but data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and games can be corrected after the fact. Do not rely on the Service for any decision involving money. Official league statistics are the only official record.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, logo and name, belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.

Sunday Sidekick is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, its member clubs, or its players. Team names and abbreviations appear solely to identify games and players. All third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service (and delete your account) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms, threatens the security of the Service, or is required by law. We may also discontinue the Service or features of it; if that ever happens we'll aim to give reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
